Allen Jordan
Allen Jordan graduated from University of Melbourne with Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking & Finance.
Prior to taking over the helm as Managing Director at Goshen Group in 2009, Allen has over a decade of experience in Financial industry covering mostly South East Asian countries with in-depth knowledge and understanding of Indonesian economies, in which he upheld key business development positions in various companies like Fraser Securities, KPMG, AIA, OCBC Securities, and European Financial Group Bank.
For many years, Allen was instrumental in procuring many of the region’s high-net-worth individuals and manage their assets in a highly competitive wealth management industry.
As the founder of Goshen Group, Allen offered his extensive experience in marketing, new business development and operations to help the Group deliver accelerated market growth and enhanced customer loyalty while at the same time planning and implementing critical business expansion.
Joshua Paundra
Joshua Paundra is a PhD candidate at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Prior to his doctoral study, he has completed Master of Science in Supply Chain Management and Business Research.
Joshua also worked as a consultant in Indonesia. Joshua has also previous engagements with start-up business. Apart from his work, Joshua also serves in CAMP foundation, a charity organization in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
Joshua has published several articles in top ranked academic journals, and has written an op-ed for the Jakarta Post.
Paul Heng
Paul Heng working career spans more than three decades with experience working in both local and international companies in financial, accounting, property and hospitality sectors.
Paul started his working life in Touche Ross & Co, a big seven international accounting firm after graduating with Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance from University of Western Australia in 1987.
His early career focus mainly in the financial line as an equity analyst in local broking house Fraser Securities covering companies in diverse industries which include property, manufacturing, technology and consumer sectors.
He then moved to listed property and hospitality group OUE as VP of Investments focusing on the group properties in Singapore and the region. He was involved in the property acquisitions and project management of its hotel businesses.
Finally in the last ten years, Paul was involved in asset management companies, Ferrell Asset Management and Sunova Asset Management as Director in charge of its investment and Research.
Paul is a Financial Chartered Analyst after obtaining his charter in 1997.
Dharmadi
Dharmadi graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration. After his study, he has worked with Indonesian start-up in various roles such as marketing and operations in B2C as well as B2B market.
He has also worked with various companies as digital marketing consultant and helped brands build engagement and increase sales.
For the past few years, he is involved in e-commerce and e-sports management.
Dharmadi is currently the consultant at the Goshen Consulting.
